Where to use it
Online shops print it on parcels so buyers can message about returns. In a store, a code by the checkout lets customers ask about a product after they get home. On property or school flyers it lets readers send a question instead of calling.
How it works
The code contains a zalo.me link with your number. Scanning with a phone camera opens the Zalo app if installed, or the Zalo website if not. Numbers written with +84 or spaces are converted to the 0912345678 format.
If your Zalo privacy settings stop strangers from finding you by phone number, people who scan may not be able to open a chat. Test with a phone that doesn’t have your number saved.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work for a Zalo Official Account?
This code is for personal Zalo accounts by phone number. For a Zalo OA, use a URL QR code with your OA page link.
Does the code expire?
No. It works as long as the number is linked to a Zalo account.
