What the vCard holds
The code uses vCard 3.0, a contact format both iPhone and Android open. You can include your name, mobile and work numbers, email, website, company, job title, address and a note. Vietnamese names keep their accents, with the family name first as Vietnamese people write it.
Tips for printing on business cards
Every extra field makes the code denser. On a small card, keep the essentials (name, mobile, email, company) and leave the address and notes to the printed text.
Business cards usually carry a code of 2 to 2.5 cm. Send the SVG file to the printer for sharp edges, and add your company logo in the middle to match your branding.
Frequently asked questions
What if my number changes?
A vCard code is static: the details live in the code, so a new number needs a new code. If you’re logged in, open the old code in “My QR codes”, edit the number and download again.
Can I add a profile photo?
A vCard inside a QR code can’t hold a photo because QR capacity is limited. For a page with a photo and several links, use a social media QR code.
Does it save automatically?
The phone shows a contact card with a save button. One tap and it’s done, no extra app needed.
